This is a day late I'm afraid. Why? because yesterday I was in perpetual motion, decorating, removing the layers of dust which had built up while we had kitchen fitters in and teaching two ladies English.
I had hoped to take a photo of my feet walking to and from the lessons but alas I was so busy rushing to the next job I forgot.
