Yes I cheated for this one. Nothing happened at 4am and then when I got up later at 7am my routine was different because of lack of a husband. I just knew that I had to take this photo though. Except for the years that we were living in Tanzania Peter has always had one round of sandwiches (or a roll) with peanut butter and a second one with cheese. These have been made at different times over the years depending on our work etc but they are now part of my morning routine. On very special days I might persuade him to vary but these are few and far between.
