We walked over to Amersham to try and wear some of the Christmas inches off, also to buy me some new shoes. Since coming back to the UK I have not been able to judge what is a good price to pay for shoes, but it seems that I am not paying enough as they all seem to fall apart. So it was new shoes and pink flufy bed socks both half price in the sales. Oh yes and bed socks came wrapped in great ribbons which are going straight into my stash
